1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hibage ("hibage", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hibage website at https://hibage.bio, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

hibage reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the hibage Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of hibage or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.

hibage takes its responsibility regarding underage gambling seriously. Age and identity verification documents may be requested at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of any unplayed deposited funds. hibage is a 21+ platform without exception.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access real-money features on hibage, you must register an account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. hibage may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without being required to state a reason.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason will be closed. All funds in duplicate accounts may be voided. It is your responsibility to ensure that no member of your household opens an account using the same device or payment method as your own account without hibage's prior written consent.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hibage will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

hibage supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit/credit card providers. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction (subject to change; check your account dashboard for current limits).
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 24 hours for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods such as bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. hibage may request government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. hibage does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposits made to your hibage account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the account holder's verified identity may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

hibage may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, seasonal festival promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All such offers are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified hibage account.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer terms. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• hibage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using matched betting strategies in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer, or exploiting errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, associated winnings, and potentially the closure of the account.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and specialty games on the hibage platform are governed by the specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. hibage accepts no responsibility for bets placed in ignorance of applicable game or market rules.

hibage reserves the right to void any bet or round of play where:

• A manifest technical error or pricing error has occurred.
• The outcome of an event has been determined to have been subject to manipulation or match-fixing.
• The player's account is under investigation for fraudulent activity.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the specific rules of the relevant game or market.

Winnings from voided bets will not be credited to the player's account. The original stake will be returned where the void was caused by a platform error not attributable to the player.

7. Responsible Gaming

hibage is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all adult players on the platform. Players who feel that their gambling is no longer recreational or is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm are strongly encouraged to use the self-management tools available in their hibage account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. hibage does not extend credit to players. Gambling should be funded exclusively from disposable income. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits when registering their accounts and to review those limits regularly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibage platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where it is expressly prohibited by law.
• Using someone else's payment method or account to make deposits or request withdrawals.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hibage staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hibage platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of hibage or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content without hibage's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

hibage collects and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. hibage uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect player data. Player data is never sold to or shared with unaffiliated third parties except where required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hibage's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their hibage account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hibage shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

hibage does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hibage shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hibage's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hibage platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory. If you have a complaint about the hibage service, you should contact hibage support in the first instance at [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the complaint and your account details. hibage aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the hibage Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hibage with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by hibage of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
